Upon your arrival at Derma Revive, our friendly clinic manager will welcome you and ask you to fill out a medical questionnaire. This is essential as it provides us with valuable insights into your health, enabling us to offer the most suitable treatments. Once completed, your skincare specialist will review your responses and invite you in for your consultation.
Before beginning any treatment, all new clients must attend a complimentary consultation. Our highly trained practitioners, each with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in aesthetic treatments, are skilled in providing expert advice tailored to your needs.
During the consultation, we will assess your skin or hair, depending on the focus of your visit, and may perform a patch test if necessary. Together, we will discuss your treatment goals, and our experts will create a personalised treatment plan that suits your individual requirements.
At Derma Revive, your safety is our priority. We aim to provide clear, thorough information about your treatment options, helping you make informed decisions. Prior to your appointment, you will receive all the relevant treatment details via email for review.
On the day of your treatment, your practitioner will walk you through the procedure and answer any queries you may have. If you’re satisfied with everything, you’ll be asked to sign a consent form to confirm that you understand and agree to the treatment plan.
For laser treatments, a patch test is mandatory at least 48 hours before the procedure. This involves a brief application of the laser to a small area of skin to determine the correct settings for your treatment and ensure it is safe for you. This patch test also allows you to experience the sensation of the laser and understand what to expect. It will be conducted during your free consultation, and you can book your full treatment afterwards.
While we recommend having a consultation in advance to ensure you feel fully informed and comfortable, certain treatments such as HydraFacial, CoolSculpting, and DermaPen can be carried out on the same day as your consultation. For laser hair removal, a patch test must be completed 48 hours prior to the treatment to ensure your skin’s suitability.

Our team is available 7 days a week to answer any questions or provide further assistance both before and after your treatments.
