Important Notice

While Derma Revive Skin Clinic aims to provide precise product and pricing information, occasional pricing or typographical errors may occur during website updates, emails, or maintenance. In the event an item is listed with an incorrect price or inaccurate information due to an error, Derma Revive Skin Clinic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is mispriced, Derma Revive Skin Clinic may, at its discretion, either contact you for further instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. Outlined below are the terms & conditions under which Derma Revive Skin Clinic offers its services. Please ensure you read and understand these terms before booking any treatment.

Refund Policy

Derma Revive Skin Clinic does not offer refunds for treatments that have already been received. However, if you decide to cancel within 14 days of purchasing a treatment course, and no sessions have been used, you are entitled to a full refund. Should you be advised by a medical professional not to continue your course of treatments, you will need to provide a medical report. If any sessions have been used, the value of these will be deducted from the refund as a pay-as-you-go rate. For health and safety reasons, refunds cannot be provided for retail products once purchased. Derma Revive Skin Clinic is not responsible for any unforeseen side effects arising from laser treatments. Non-attended appointments, which are not cancelled within the required notice period, will be considered as a treatment session used.

If you wish to modify your package or request a refund, Derma Revive Skin Clinic can assist you within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that our laser hair removal packages expire 18 months from the date of purchase.

Reactions to Products

It is the customer’s responsibility to perform a patch test on any product before using it. Always check the compatibility of purchased products with other factors that could affect the intended results. Be aware that these are active products and may cause visible changes to your skin.

If you believe you have had a reaction to a product after following the recommended procedures, report this in writing to the clinic where the product was purchased as soon as possible.

Depending on the nature of the reaction, you may be asked to complete a Product Reaction Form. The product in question may be returned to the manufacturer for further investigation. Please notify us within 14 days of purchase and include photographs of the reaction to help us investigate further.

In cases where a return, refund, replacement, or exchange is necessary due to a reaction, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed through email correspondence.

Clinic Transfer Policy

Treatments cannot be transferred between clinics due to treatment records being kept at the clinic where the treatment was initiated. Clients must complete their course at the original clinic of purchase.

If you wish to transfer, it must be for a new treatment or course.

Complaints

At Derma Revive Skin Clinic, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service to all our clients, treating everyone with care, respect, and professionalism. However, if the service you receive does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to voice your concerns directly to the Clinic Manager or Practitioner at the time of your treatment. We recommend raising any complaints within six months of the incident in question. In certain circumstances, we may consider complaints after this period if there is a reasonable opportunity to conduct a fair investigation and a valid reason for the delay.

Complaints Process and Timeline

Complaints can be made in person at the clinic, over the phone, or via email at cannonst@dermareviveclinic.co.uk. You will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours, and your complaint will be directed to the appropriate member of the management team for further investigation. We will contact you within 2–5 working days to discuss the issue and provide a resolution.

If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you can escalate the complaint by emailing cannonst@dermareviveclinic.co.uk. Senior management will review your complaint and respond within 2–5 working days with a final decision. Should the investigation require more time, we will provide updates every 7 working days.

COVID Update on Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Due to the impact of the pandemic, Derma Revive Skin Clinic cannot offer refunds to clients who are relocating. However, you may transfer any remaining sessions to a friend or family member.

Refunds for financing obtained through third parties (such as Omniport) are only available within the 14-day cooling-off period. Refunds can only be issued due to a medical condition, with supporting documentation from a doctor. Pregnancy is not considered a medical condition in this context.

Refunds will only be granted for long-term medical conditions. Please contact your assigned clinic for a refund request, which will be acknowledged within 72 hours. The refund will only be processed after the relevant medical document has been received and confirmed by a member of our team.

Derma Revive Skin Clinic is committed to assisting you throughout your treatment journey.

Cancellation Policy

A session will be redeemed, or a charge applied if clients fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. This applies whether you are on a treatment course or booking a single session:

If at least 48 hours’ notice is given, no penalty will be applied.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given or if you fail to attend the appointment, you will lose that session.

Medical and Physical Conditions

Please inform us before booking any treatments if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, are pregnant, have specific physical concerns, or a history of skin pigmentation issues.

Payment Policy

Full payment must be received before treatments commence at each booked appointment. This can be paid in full or through a finance option. Should you refuse to pay in advance, Derma Revive Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment. If using a finance option, a 20% deposit is required before treatment begins, and instalments must be paid at the agreed intervals.

Practitioners

While we strive to accommodate your preferences, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific practitioner or practitioner of a specific gender. All practitioners are trained to perform treatments in accordance with clinic protocols to ensure your comfort and the effectiveness of treatments.

Makeup

Please ensure all makeup, deodorant, perfume, and oil-based products are removed before treatment. While our practitioners will cleanse the treatment area, we cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions caused by products that may remain in the skin’s pores.

Liability Policy

Derma Revive Skin Clinic will not be liable for any economic loss (including loss of profit) or for any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services. Your statutory rights will be protected.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide full medical details prior to each treatment. Derma Revive Skin Clinic will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from a failure to disclose relevant information.

Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by Derma Revive Skin Clinic.

Machine Maintenance Policy

In the event of machine maintenance, appointments may need to be rescheduled. We will notify you as soon as possible to minimise inconvenience.

Treatment Sessions Policy

All laser hair removal packages must be booked as a single appointment, with all areas included in the package treated during that session. We are unable to split treatment areas across multiple appointments.

Compliant Policy

We aim to provide the best possible service and care to you when delivering a consultation or treatment.
In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of the service provided, you should speak to the appropriate clinic manager or their designated deputy as soon as possible.

Friend Referral

Terms and conditions

  1. Referrer must be an existing client of Derma Revive Skin Clinic
  2. Credit is valid for 12 months.
  3. Credit is only valid once the New Client purchases their first treatment.
    Minimum spend is £200.
  4.  There is no maximum number of friends you can refer.
  5. Credit cannot be redeemed against retail products or injectables.
  6. No cash alternative can be offered
  7. £50 credit must be used in full. No change can be given or carried
    forwards.
  8. Refer a friend digital card must be shown in clinic to redeem
  9. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
