“The next best minimally invasive alternative to a face-lift procedure or other cosmetic surgery”

Benefits of FaceTite

FaceTite offers a plethora of advantages for those seeking a youthful appearance without having to undergo invasive procedures. It provides a non-surgical solution to reduce fat and tighten the skin. The noticeable results include a rejuvenated and firm facial structure with reduced wrinkles and sagging. A significant benefit of FaceTite is its minimally invasive nature, which makes it less risky and reduces recovery time compared to traditional surgical procedures.

The Science Behind FaceTite

FaceTite utilises radio-frequency assisted lipolysis (RFAL), a scientifically proven technology that delivers heat energy to the skin’s subdermal layers. This heat causes the skin’s collagen fibres to contract, promoting skin tightening and fat reduction. RFAL technology ensures accurate, uniform heating while maintaining patient safety, making FaceTite a groundbreaking approach in the field of aesthetic medicine.

Why Choose FaceTite Over Traditional Procedures?

Opting for FaceTite over traditional procedures can be a wise choice due to its minimally invasive nature. Unlike traditional surgery, FaceTite does not involve large incisions or general anaesthesia, reducing potential risks and complications. FaceTite offers quicker recovery times, typically allowing patients to resume their normal activities within a couple of days. The procedure also leaves minimal scarring, resulting in a more natural-looking outcome.

Areas that can be treated effectively with FaceTite™

  • Sagging jowls, sagging skin
  • Double Chin
  • Lifting cheeks
  • Jawline contouring
  • Upper & lower eyelids (Accutite)
  • Re-contouring the face and neck by fat remodelling
  • Tightening the neck skin for neck wrinkles and turkey neck
  • Improving fine lines and wrinkles

About FaceTite™

For patient comfort, the FaceTite procedure is performed under local anaesthetic, is minimally invasive, and takes about an hour. The treatment is often referred to as radiofrequency assisted liposuction. It is a fantastic alternative to facelift surgery. The FaceTite procedure utilises the same technology as the innovative treatment – BodyTite in the way it works to remove unwanted fat.

Bipolar radio frequency is used to heat beneath the skin and into the fatty tissue with the use of a very small probe put under the skin. The waves encourage the surrounding skin to contract to help the process along. Your doctor will keep an eye on your skin temperature from here so that you can obtain optimum contraction of the dermis, the subcutaneous connective tissue and deep fat tissue 3 three-dimensional contraction.

FaceTiteTM produces results that are similar to those of a face or neck lift surgery, but without the need for major surgery or scarring. Optimum results are seen around 6 months post procedure.

Light liposuction on the neck or jawline may be combined with Facetite in people who require it.

Following the FaceTite procedure, the skin can be treated with Morpheus8 (Radio Frequency microneedling) whilst still numb from the anaesthetic, to produce better results with skin remodelling, erase any fine lines and wrinkles and increase skin contraction/tightening. The combined treatments can provide a more youthful appearance and greater overall facial rejuvenation. This is a more advanced radiofrequency energy alternative to a surgical facelift.

During your consultation, your skin consultant will go over everything with you and explain all aspects of the treatment in fine detail.

The FaceTite Procedure at Derma Revive Skin Clinic

Pre-procedure Consultation

At Derma Revive Skin Clinic, we ensure that our patients thoroughly understand the procedure. During the pre-procedure consultation, our experienced aesthetic professionals evaluate your facial structure, discuss your aesthetic goals, and design a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

The FaceTite Procedure

The FaceTite procedure at Derma Revive Skin Clinic is carried out under local anaesthesia. A small cannula is inserted under the skin to deliver the RFAL energy to the targeted areas, promoting fat reduction and skin tightening. The procedure typically takes about one to two hours, during which patients are awake and comfortable.

Following treatment

Small plasters are put to the puncture areas when the treatment is completed. Normally, stitches are not required. Patients will experience an immediate tightening of the skin to the treated areas.

Following the treatment, a compression garment is worn for the next three days to help tighten skin and minimise edema. This is provided by the clinic and is included in the cost of your treatment.

As the skin tightens over the forthcoming weeks most patients will begin to see optimal results after 2-4 and continue to 6 months, where fully optimal results are mostly seen.

After three days, the patient can reduce his or her use of the compression garment to just wearing it at night time.

Is FaceTite Safe?

FaceTite is considered safe with minimal risk of complications when performed by a skilled professional. The procedure uses RFAL technology, which includes built-in measures to prevent overheating and ensure patient safety.

How Long Does It Take to See Results?

Results from the FaceTite procedure can be seen immediately after treatment due to the instant skin contraction. However, the final results continue to improve over the course of three to six months as the body produces new collagen. The outcome of the treatment can last up to five years, depending on individual factors such as the patient’s age and lifestyle.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does FaceTite work?

FaceTite uses bipolar radiofrequency energy in a minimally invasive procedure. Small entry points are made on the face and beneath the chin for the FaceTite probe. This procedure, performed under local anaesthesia, heats subcutaneous tissues, causing contraction. The treatment involves heating each area for about 5 minutes, followed by optional light liposuction. Small plasters cover the entry points post-treatment, with no stitches needed. Patients wear a compression garment for three days post-procedure.

What you should expect after FaceTite™ treatment?

After FaceTite treatment, expect tissue contraction from the heating process. The procedure may include light liposuction. Small plasters are applied to puncture areas, and stitches are generally not needed. A compression garment, included in the treatment cost, is worn for three days, after which it’s only needed at night. Some post-procedure swelling may occur but should subside quickly.

Is the FaceTite treatment painful?

FaceTite treatment involves light sedation and local anaesthesia to ensure a painless experience. Some discomfort may be felt during the procedure.

Are there any side effects associated with FaceTite procedure?

Common side effects of FaceTite include bruising and discomfort. Rare side effects may include infections, bleeding, and temporary numbness. Extremely rare cases may involve permanent nerve damage.
