How Does Sculptra work?Who is Sculptra for?How Soon i can you remove dermal fillers?

Sculptra®-  The longer-lasting, more progressive dermal filler Sculptra® works by regenerating your own facial collagen, which replaces lost facial volume over time.

The protein collagen, which your body manufactures to give your skin a firm and youthful appearance, slows down around age 25 and causes facial volume loss.

By encouraging collagen synthesis once more, Sculptra® helps restore the balance. This procedure can be used to cure loss of facial volume brought on by the ageing process or drastic weight loss, as well as to gradually and safely remove lines, wrinkles, and folds.

The core component of Sculptra®, poly-l-lactic acid, has been used medically for over 25 years to cure and correct facial scars and contour flaws.

A blunt needle, known as a cannula, is used to inject Sculptra® in order to prevent bruising and blood vessel damage.

A series of treatments is necessary to get started, and the quantity depends on your age and skin condition. Due to the product’s initial swelling and water content, the fullness is noticeable right away; however, you will notice a decline in size after a few days.

The majority of the face is treated with Sculptra (except on the forehead and above the lips). Cheekbones, temples, the infra-malar region, the chin, the prejowl sulcus, and marionette lines are common locations for application.

Infraorbital regions and the lateral brow are among the more advanced areas. Numerous inventive applications have been recorded for the treatment of chest wall, conspicuous facial asymmetry, varicella scars, deep acne scarring, and the dorsum of the hands.

For deep tissue filling or in the dermal subcutaneous junction, Sculptra is the best option to smooth and soften lines and wrinkles, restore facial volume, and shape the face naturally. It is not intended for intradermal injection.
